FEE LIST & CONTRACT AGREEMENT
In consideration of the enrollment of my child in the Aish Tamid Bes Medrash Program, I agree to the payment of the following charges:
1) Registration - $750.00 ($500 if submitted before August 1)
2) Book Fee - $200.00
3) Tuition Fee - $ Please contact office for latest Tuition Fee Schedule
4) Building Fund Fee - $1,000.00
5) Annual Dinner Fee - $500.00
SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST:
Families requesting tuition assistance must fill out this portion and return it to the office with all the required forms and checks other than tuition in order to be considered for a scholarship.
